We dedicate this site to the beloved and founding members of our program. While some of our early dogs may not have directly contributed to our current genetics, their influence on our devotion to the breed was no less an impact.
Through the years we have had several dogs, and each has been appreciated for their loyalty, companionship, work ethic,
and dedication to our family and their job.
A few were standouts, and we are forever grateful that they were, and through cherished memories and contribution still are, a part of who we are.
Bullock's Nobel Dale
CH Silver Hills Dasher / Van's Lacey J. Dalton
A gentleman always, and absolutely as tough as nails. He "raised" countless pups by teaching the ropes, and showing them what being a "Heeler" is all about. Dale died peacefully at 17 years of age.
He was one-in-a-million and is forever in our hearts!
Plainsdrover Piitzer Ranch Taz "Squirrel"
Plainesdrover Storming Norman /
Kombinalong Superfine
Forever grateful to Garnet Blatchford for letting Squirrel come to us. Squirrel was all business and never backed down from a challenge. A true matriarch. She was a wonderful example of the devotion these dogs have to their "person".
Fair Dinkum's Wyldwest Virgil
Rednsted's A Lot More Action / Fair Dinkums Danielle of Longcreek
Virgil was all that the breed is made to be. Smart, curious, and genuine in his desire to please...he was a true gentleman.
Okies Miss March
J Bars Okies Gold / Sugars Vandy Bar
1985 APHA Mare
Truly a matriarchal mare. March relocated to Iowa from Nevada in 1989 when I made the move. She was one in a million. Classy, beautiful, and loaded with talent. She would eat a cow and couldn't be out loped. Her royal bloodlines were on full display.

Doc "Lightning" on Cotton Rosser's horse
Rat and Tiny 1983
Tiny was the hook that planted our hearts with Heelers. Her good daddy "PeeWee" was one of the early greats....and the poster boy for all Heelers were made to be.
